Effect of Operating Room Holistic Nursing on Stress Response and Satisfaction Degree among Patients with Laparoscopic Surgery

目的分析手术室整体护理对腹腔镜应激反应及满意度影响。方法回顾性分析2017年1月-2018年1月在我院接受腹腔镜手术治疗的患者85例,根据护理措施不同分为对照组与观察组。对照组患者接受常规手术室护理,观察组患者接受手术室整体护理。比较两组患者心理健康情况、术后应激反应、护理满意度。结果护理前两组患者SAS、SDS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后观察组患者SAS、SDS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理前两组患者HR、T、Spo2比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理前两组患者HR、T、Spo2比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理后观察组患者HR、T低于对照组(P<0.05),Spo2高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论手术室整体护理能显著改善患者负性心理,预防生理应激反应,提高护理满意度,可推荐使用。

Objective To investigate the effect of operating room holistic nursing on stress response and satisfaction degree among patients with laparoscopic surgery.Methods The data of 85 patients with laparoscopic surgery in our hospital from January 2017 to January2018 were retrospectively analyzed.Patients were divided into two groups.Control group received the routine nursing,while the observation group received the operating room holistic nursing.Then the mental health status,postoperative stress response and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of SAS and SDS between the two groups had no difference before nursing(P>0.05),which were higher in the observation group than in the control group after nursing(P<0.05).HR,T and Spo2 between the two groups between the two groups had no difference before nursing(P>0.05);After nursing,the observation group had lower levels of HR and T as well as higher level of Spo2 than those of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of operating room holistic nursing can significantly ameliorate the negative psychology,prevent physiological stress response and improve nursing satisfaction for patients with laparoscopic surgery,which can be recommended.
