基于梯度折射结构白光数码管光色一致性研究 被引量:2

Research on color consistency of white digital tube based on gradient refraction structure

摘要 以黄色荧光粉和有机硅胶为原料,采用高温固相法制备不同浓度的荧光粉混合浆料,应用热压法将一定质量比ZnO颗粒掺入AB混合胶制备成折射胶层,于倒置蓝光芯片表面用甩胶旋涂工艺喷覆折射胶体,利用丝网印刷法将荧光粉混合浆料旋涂于折射层四周制备成白光数码管,并对样品进行光色性能的测量和机理分析。研究结果表明,白光数码管色温和色坐标差值随着荧光粉浓度增加呈先降后升的趋势。在荧光粉浓度为1.19%时,数码管色温降至最低值4 761.13 K,色坐标差值达到最小值3.5SDCM。随着印刷次数增加,色坐标离散性先改善后增大,在荧光粉层膜厚为41μm时,色坐标差值达到最小值2.5 SDCM。结果表征,针对梯度折射结构的白光数码管合理的荧光粉颗粒掺杂浓度和荧光粉层相对厚度对其空间色均匀性影响显著。 The high temperature fixation system is used to prepare the mixture of the fluorescent powder in different concentrations with the using of yellow fluorescent powder and organic silicone as raw materials.Hot pressing method was applied to a certain quality than mixed with AB mixed gel preparation of ZnO particles into refraction protection layer,middle in inversion are blue chip surface spray coated with sling plastic spin craft refraction colloid,silk screen printing method is used to mix fluorescent powder slurry spin around in refractor preparation into white light digital tube,and the samples are light color performance test and mechanism analysis.The research results show that,the color coordinate difference of white light digital tube color is decreasing first and then rising with the increase of phosphor concentration.When the phosphor concentration was 1.19%,the color temperature in the digital tube dropped to the lowest value of 4 761.13 K,and the color coordinate difference reached the minimum value of 3.5 SDCM.With the increase of printing times,the discretization of color coordinates was improved first and then increased.When the thickness of phosphor film was 41 μm,the color coordinate difference reached the minimum value of 2.5 SDCM.Results the reasonable doping concentration of phosphor particles and the relative thickness of phosphor layer on the gradient refraction structure had significant effect on the spatial color uniformity.
