Several Key Problems in Management of State-Owned Cultural Relic Assets Recently, topic of capitalized management to cultural relics assets has aroused heated discussions. The trigger for the dispute is that cultural relic resources will be included in state-owned assets and reported to the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress about their management. This trigger is to turn an academic issue that has long been neglected and lack of research into a real and urgent responsibility issue. The central topic of capitalized management of state-owned cultural relic assets should return to the public management concept, and the goal is to strengthen the government's fiduciary responsibility to safeguard the safety of public cultural relics by means of improving the management system for state?owned cultural relic resources with special complex properties.
