中国省域全要素碳排放效率空间特征与动态收敛性研究 被引量:12

摘要 基于非期望产出的超效率SBM模型,对2007—2016年中国省域全要素碳排放效率进行测算;同时运用空间自相关性分析和动态收敛性分析法,研究全要素碳排放效率在空间上的集聚效应和在时间轴上的动态收敛性。从地区角度来看,全要素碳排放效率从东到西依次递减,东部地区全要素碳排放效率显著高于全国平均水平;从空间角度来看,全要素碳排放效率表现出明显的空间集聚效应,以H-H(高-高)集聚和L-L(低-低)集聚为主;从时间角度来看,全要素碳排放效率地区差异不断缩小,呈现出动态收敛的特征。最后针对不同的省份提出差异化的碳减排建议。 Based on the undesired output super-efficiency SBM model, this paper measures China’s provincial total factor carbon emissions efficiency from 2007 to 2016. Moreover, it analyzes spatial agglomeration characteristics and dynamic convergence on time axis of total factor carbon emissions efficiency by spatial autocorrelation analysis and dynamic convergence analysis method. From the perspective of regions, total factor carbon emissions efficiency decreases gradually from east to west and total factor carbon emissions efficiency of eastern regions is significantly higher than national average level. From the perspective of space, total factor carbon emissions efficiency shows obvious spatial agglomeration effect, which is characterized by H-H(high-high) and L-L(low-low) agglomeration. From the perspective of time, regional differences are narrowing and show the characteristic of dynamic convergence. Finally, different carbon emissions reduction suggestions are put forward for different provinces.
