摘要
科技服务是加速科技成果有效转化,提高科技成果转化质量的重要实现者。在服务主导逻辑下,剖析科技服务对科技成果转化异质主体实现合作行为的作用过程,通过知识、关系两方面的交互对科技成果转化、质量提升的作用机理,运用系统动力学建模与分析方法建立科技服务与科技成果转化主体的“知识-关系”交互模型,并进行仿真和灵敏度分析。研究结果表明,科技服务能够通过与科技成果转化主体在知识与关系两方面的交互有效,促进科技成果的转移与对接,提升科技成果转化质量。并以此为强化科技服务能力提供建议。
S&T service is an important participant in accelerating the transformation of S&T achievements and improving the innovation quality of S&T achievements. Under the service-oriented logic, this paper analyzes the function process of S&T service on the realization of cooperative behavior of heterogeneous subjects in the transformation of S&T achievements. Through the interaction of knowledge and relationship on the transformation of S&T achievements and the mechanism of quality improvement, the "knowledge-relationship" interaction model between S&T service and the transformation of S&T achievements is established by using the method of system dynamics modeling and analysis, and the simulation and sensitivity analysis are carried out. The research results show that the S&T service can promote the transfer and docking of the S&T achievements through the interaction between the knowledge and the relationship with the transformation main body of the S&T achievements, and improve the transformation quality of the S&T achievements. The paper also provides advice on strengthening the ability of scientific and technological service.
