摘要
试样用碱性混合熔剂经高温熔融,以稀盐酸浸取、酸化并还原高价锰定容后。移取部分试液,通过优化控制测定各元素的酸度,分别用光度法测定SiO2、P、TiO2。以硫酸溶解,加入过量草酸钠溶液,在热水浴中加热,用高锰酸钾标准溶液滴定至微红色,测定MnO2含量。
The sample was melted with alkaline mixed flux at high temperature, leached with dilute hydrochloric acid, acidified and then the solution was fixed to a constant volume after reducing highvalent manganese. A part of solution was taken, and through optimizing and controlling the acidity of each element ,the contents of SiO2, P and TiO2 were determined by spectrophotometry. The sample was dissolved with sulfuric acid, and the excessive sodium oxalate solution was added, then the solution was heated within hot water, now the content of MnO2 was determined by titrating with potassium permanganate standard solution to reddish color.
