摘要
目的探讨吸烟状态对男性不同基因型瘦素水平的影响。方法用放射免疫法测定103例北方男性瘦素水平(其中34例非吸烟者;41例被动吸烟者;28例重度吸烟者)。使用LC-MS/MS测定尼古丁水平。使用Sequenom Massarray■TM平台对RS7799039进行基因分型。结果被动吸烟者和重度吸烟者脑脊液瘦素水平均降低,重度吸烟者脑脊液瘦素水平低于被动吸烟者。脑脊液瘦素水平与平均吸烟次数呈负相关。只有被动吸烟者血浆瘦素水平与脑脊液存在相关性。此外,被动吸烟者中AG、GG携带者脑脊液瘦素水平低于AA携带者。结论被动吸烟者和重度吸烟者脑脊液瘦素水平均下降。rs7799039g等位基因携带者脑脊液瘦素水平更易受被动吸烟的神经毒性影响。
Objective To investigate the effects of smoking status on leptin levels of different genotypes.Methods Leptin levels were measured by radioimmunoassay in 103 northern males (34 non-smokers, 41 passive smokers and 28 severe smokers).Nicotine levels was measured using LC-MS/MS.RS7799039 was genotyped using Sequenom MassARRAY■TM. platform. Results The leptin level in cerebrospinal fluid of passive smokers and heavy smokers decreased , and the leptin level in cerebrospinal fluid of heavy smokers was lower than that of passive smokers. The leptin level in cerebrospinal fluid was negatively correlated with the average number of smoking.Only passive smokers had a correlation between leptin levels in plasma and cerebrospinal fluid. In addition, leptin levels in cerebrospinal fluid of AG and GG carriers in passive smokers were lower than those of AA carriers. Conclusion Levels of leptin in cerebrospinal fluid of both passive smokers and heavy smokers decreased. The leptin level in CSF of rs7799039g allele carriers was more susceptible to the neurotoxicity of passive smoking.
