The wall of faces is a means that is often used by museums to display. Generally speaking, the entire wall is used as a set, and a portrait of a group or individual is regularly arranged on the wall. Usually, the wall of faces is used more in the memorial hall, which is often displayed in the form of the photo wall of the victims and the portraits of the celebrities, and there is also the applied case in other types of museums. With regard to the wall of faces, the faces of the characters are symbolized to be the witness of the past history or the current community, and the audience can conceive their own personal experience by imagination and complete the empathy with the representation group. However, this process is often accompanied by the dissolution of individual memory, and the reconstructed memory is incorporated into the museum’s own narrative system.
