广东梅州市野生红冬蛇菰的资源调查和鉴别研究

Study on Resources Investigation and Identification of Balanophora harlandii in Meizhou City of Guangdong Province

目的 对广东梅州地区野生红冬蛇菰进行资源调查和生药学特征鉴别研究,为其资源的合理利用、保护以及品种鉴别提供参考依据。方法 采用实地采样调查方法进行资源调查,采用原植物形态特征、性状鉴别、显微鉴别方法进行质量标准鉴别研究。结果 详细描述了野生红冬蛇菰的原植物形态特征、药材性状特征、横切面组织构造及其粉末显微特征。明确了梅州市野生红冬蛇菰分布情况及蕴藏量。结论该研究可为梅州市野生红冬蛇菰的品种鉴别、资源保护及进一步开发利用提供一定的参考。

Objective To investigate the wild plant resources and establish a method of pharmacognostical characteristics identification of Balanophora harlandii from Meizhou to provide scientific basis for further development and utilization.Methods Field investigation,sample collection,origin,macroscopic and microscopic are applied to the study.Results The morphological feature of original plant,character of crude drug,microscopic characters of transverse section and powder are described.The reserves and distribution of feral resources of Balanophora harlandii in Meizhou are clarified.Conclusion The results provide the basic data for the identification,rational development and utilization of Balanophora harlandii in Meizhou basin region.
