五味温通除痹胶囊的UPLC指纹图谱研究

目的 建立五味温通除痹胶囊的指纹图谱评价体系,完善该制剂的质量控制标准。方法 以淫羊藿苷、黄芩苷、桂皮醛为指标成分,采用UPLC法建立10个不同批次五味温通除痹胶囊指纹图谱,使用“中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统(2004A版)”软件对相似度进行评价。结果 五味温通除痹胶囊的UPLC指纹图谱共有18个共有特征峰;对淫羊藿、黄芩、桂枝等部分共有峰进行归属;10批五味温通除痹胶囊样品的相似度均大于0.99。结论 所建指纹图谱较好的反映了五味温通除痹胶囊的整体特征,为完善该制剂的全面质量控制提供研究基础。

Objective To establish a fingerprint evaluation system for Wuwei Wentong Chubi Capsule and improve its quality control standard. Methods Ten different batches of Wuwei Wentong Chubi Capsules are established by UPLC with icariin, baicalin and cinnamaldehyde as index components, and the similarity is evaluated by the software of ‘Similarity Evaluation System of Chromatographic Fingerprint of Traditional Chinese Medicine (2004 A Edition)’. Results There are 18 common characteristic peaks in UPLC fingerprint of Wuwei Wentong Chubi Capsule, and some common peaks of Epimedium, Scutellaria baicalensis and Cinnamomum twig are assigned. The similarity of 10 batches of Wuwei Wentong Chubi Capsule samples is > 0.99. Conclusion The established fingerprint can better reflect the overall characteristics of Wuwei Wentong Chubi Capsule, and provide a research basis for the comprehensive quality control of the preparation.
