摘要 采用气味等级检验、总挥发性有机物(TVOC)含量检测和顶空进样气相色谱质谱法对Horizone工艺聚丙烯K8003,K7227H的主要气味进行表征,分析主要气味来源,并提出改进方案。实验结果表明,K8003的气味等级为4.2,TVOC含量(以试样含碳量计,下同)为104μg/g;K7227H的气味等级为4.3,TVOC含量为218μg/g。两者的气味主要源自小分子烃类。通过提高干燥单元氮气流量和蒸汽流量,加强小分子烃类的脱除能力,可以优化聚丙烯的气味等级。 The main odors of polypropylene K8003 and K7227 H produced by Horizone process were characterized by odor grade test,total volatile organic compound(TVOC) content detection and headspace injection gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. The main odor sources were analyzed and the improvement scheme was put forward. The results showed that the odor grade of K8003 was 4.2,the content of TVOC(based on the carbon content of sample,the same below) was 104 μg/g,the odor grade of K7227 H was 4.3,and the content of TVOC was 218 μg/g. The odors of both are mainly derived from small molecules of hydrocarbons. The odor grade of polypropylene can be improved by increasing the nitrogen flow rate and steam flow rate in drying unit and enhancing the removal ability of small molecules of hydrocarbons.
