摘要
经合组织(OECD)率先提出的DeSeCo项目,使核心素养内容的基本框架得以确立,这在国际上掀起一股关于核心素养理念研究的热潮。2014年,教育部发布《关于全面深化课程改革落实立德树人根本任务的意见》,其中深入回答了"培养什么人、怎样培养人"的问题,这是教育部提出的对中学生核心素养培养的宏观指导。英语作为一门非常重要的学科,不仅仅是要提高学生的阅读理解能力和语言运用能力,而且还要加强对学生核心素养的培养,在保证学生英语学习质量与学习效率的基础上使学生的思维逻辑、文化品质和学习能力都能得到综合全面发展。通过对当前义务教育阶段初中英语学科的实际课堂观察,结合英语学科核心素养的研究现状,对核心素养和英语学科核心素养进行了详细、系统的阐述,尝试凝练初中英语学科核心素养的基本特征,阐释初中英语学科核心素养是不同特性、相辅相成的统一体。同时,从不同方面探寻初中英语学科核心素养的有效培养路径,笔者相信这不仅为提升初中英语学科教学效果提供了一定的理论依据,而且对于当下培养我国初中学生英语学科核心素养具有十分重要的实践意义。
The DeSeCo project initiated by OECD has established the basic framework of the content of core literacy, which has set off an upsurge in the study of the concept of core literacy internationally. In 2014, the Ministry of Education issued the opinions on comprehensively deepening the Curriculum Reform and implementing the fundamental Task of building people, in which it deeply answered the question of "who and how to train people", which is the macro guidance for the cultivation of the core literacy of middle school students put forward by the Ministry of Education. As a very important subject, English is not only to improve students undefined reading comprehension ability and language use ability, but also to strengthen the cultivation of students undefined core literacy of English subjects. On the basis of ensuring students undefined English learning quality and learning efficiency, students undefined thinking logic, cultural quality and learning ability can be comprehensively and comprehensively developed. Based on the actual classroom observation of junior middle school English subject in the current compulsory education stage, combined with the research status of English subject core literacy, this paper makes a detailed and systematic exposition of the core literacy and English subject core literacy, tries to condensed the basic characteristics of junior middle school English subject core literacy,and explains that junior middle school English subject core literacy is a unity of different characteristics and complementing each other. At the same time, this paper explores the effective ways to cultivate the core literacy of junior middle school English from different aspects, which not only provides a certain theoretical basis for improving the teaching effect of junior middle school English,but also has very important practical significance for cultivating the core literacy of junior middle school students in our country at present.
