摘要
目的了解一起不明原因发热疫情的病因,为科学规范处置类似疫情提供参考。方法2018年5月收集宁夏某学校不明原因群体性发热13例患者为病例组,并选取12名未发病同学作为对照组,采集咽拭子进行RT-PCR病毒核酸检测,同时结合现场流行病学调查,了解发病情况及可疑传播途径。结果本次群体性发热疫情共确诊病例13例,男4例,女9例,发病呈现时间聚集性,家庭来源和班级座位无明显聚集性。症状以发热(13例)和呕吐(10例)为主。经病毒核酸检测,病例组5例腺病毒核酸阳性,对照组均阴性。结论这是一起由腺病毒感染引起的聚集性发热疫情。建议各学校加强晨午检、因病缺课追踪,积极开展师生健康教育,提高腺病毒感染防病意识,预防此类疫情再次发生。
Objective To understand the causes of an unexplained fever outbreak, so as to provide references for scientific and standardized disposal of similar epidemics. Methods Clinical data of 13 patients reported in an epidemic of unexplained group fever in one school of Ningxia in May 2018 were collected as case group. Twelve healthy students in the same class were selected as control group. Throat swab specimens were detected by RT-PCR for viral nucleic acid detection, and on-site epidemiological investigation was carried out to analyze the incidence and suspected transmission route. Results A total of 13 cases were diagnosed with 4 male and 9 female cases. The onset time was clustered. There was no obvious aggregation of family source and class seats. The main symptoms included fever (13 cases) and vomiting (10 cases). By viral nucleic acid detection, 5 cases in the case group were positive for adenovirus, while all the cases in the control group were negative. Conclusions This is a clustered fever epidemic caused by adenovirus infection. It recommends that schools should strengthen morning check, follow-up due to illness, and teacher and student health education, so as to improve health and disease prevention awareness and prevent the occurrence of such epidemics again.
