安徽省旅游业“产业发展-生态安全”协调水平时空演变研究

The Temporal-Spatial Evolution of Tourism Coordination in Anhui Province based on the Perspective of Industrial Development-Ecological Security

基于“产业发展-生态安全”视角,通过构建旅游业协调水平评价指标体系,运用耦合度及协调度模型,对安徽省各地市2000-2015年四个时间断面的旅游业协调水平进行动态测度,总结时空演变规律和特征。结果表明:(1)安徽省各地市旅游产业发展水平波动提升,呈现出“南高北低,中部平平”的发展态势。旅游生态安全水平时空差异不大。(2)从时间上,安徽省旅游产业发展与旅游生态安全耦合度在各地市呈现年际波动变化,变化幅度介于0.2~0.5,处于低水平耦合与拮抗阶段;协调度变化幅度较大,集中于0.2~0.6,整体处在不断提升之中。(3)从空间上,安徽省旅游业协调发展类型共分为六种,以Ⅲ类为主,其他类型占比较小。旅游业协调发展水平时空间差异明显,总体上南部区域协调水平高于北部区域。最后,根据灰色关联度分析结果,对旅游产业发展滞后及旅游生态安全滞后的城市分别提出相应优化建议。

Industrial development and ecological security are two important issues in the field of tourism development.Domestic and foreign scholars have made remarkable achievements based on the development of tourism industry or tourism ecological security.However,researchers have not yet taken industrial development and ecological security as the internal elements of the tourism system.The relevant research regarding the relationship between the two and how to coordinate is rare.Anhui Province is at the critical stage of the construction of a strong tourism province.Taking Anhui Province as a case,exploring how to further optimize and improve its coordinated development level has important theoretical and practical significance for the development of tourism in Anhui Province.Based on the perspective of industrial development-ecological security,through the establishment of tourism coordination level evaluation index system and the use of a coupling degree and a coordination degree model,this paper dynamically measures the tourism coordination level of four periods from 2000 to 2015 in each city of Anhui Province,summarizes the temporal-spatial evolution rules and characteristics and analyzes its influencing factors in depth.The results show that:(1) The level of tourism industry development in each city of Anhui Province has been fluctuating,showing a trend of high in the south and low in the north,while flat in the middle.There is little temporal-spatial difference in the level of tourism ecological security.(2) From the temporal point of view,the coupling degree between tourism industry development and tourism ecological security in Anhui Province shows an annual fluctuating change between all the cities,ranging from 0.2 to 0.5,which is at a low level of coupling and antagonism.Meanwhile,the coordination degree varies from 0.2 to 0.6, which shows a gradual upgrade.(3) From the spatial point of view,the tourism coordinated development in Anhui Province can be divided into six types,and cities have different degrees of distribution in the above six types,with type Ⅲ as the main type,and other types are relatively small.It proves that the coordinated development level of tourism in Anhui Province as a whole shows a feature that the development of tourism industry lags behind the tourism ecological security,and there is a slight imbalance between the two.There is an obvious temporal-spatial difference in the level of tourism coordinated development, and overall the level in the southern areas is higher than that in the northern areas.Finally,according to the results of grey correlation analysis,the corresponding optimization suggestions for the cities with lagging tourism industry and the backwardness of tourism ecological security are proposed.For the 13 cities with relatively lagging development of tourism industries such as Huaibei and Tongling,it is necessary to focus on developing the tourism economy and improving the level of industrial development. For the rest of the cities whose tourism ecological security is relatively lagging behind,optimizing the tourism development environment and improving ecological security are the necessary measures to promote the coordinated development of tourism.
