优秀传统民俗文化与乡村治理具有互动关系:一方面,优秀传统民俗文化对加强乡村治理具有促进作用;另一方面,推进乡村治理体系和治理能力现代化有利于传统民俗文化的传承和发展。新时期在推进民族地区乡村治理体系和治理能力现代化建设过程中,要进一步融合少数民族优秀传统民俗文化的有效因子,提升乡村文化的价值品质;进一步营造传统民俗文化活动的交往空间,创建安定和谐的乡村社区;进一步传承传统民俗文化的生态美,维护好绿水青山人居环境;进一步开发传统民俗文化资源,打造特色文化产业。

There is an interactive relationship between excellent traditional folk culture and rural governance.On the one hand,excellent traditional folk culture can promote rural governance;on the other hand,promoting the modernization of rural governance system and governance capacity is conducive to the inheritance and development of traditional folk culture.In the process of promoting the modernization of rural governance system and governance capacity in ethnic minority areas in the new era,we should further integrate the effective factors of excellent traditional folk culture of ethnic minorities,and enhance the value quality of rural culture;further create the communication space of activities,and establish a stable and harmonious rural community;further inherit its ecological beauty,and maintain the human settlements of lucid waters and lush mountains;further develop its resources,and create a characteristic cultural industry.
