摘要
教育法律素养是合格的幼儿园教师所必须具备的重要素养。提高教育法律课程的地位,以多形式的师资储备弥补专业师资的不足,“教”“考”结合,增强学前师范生对教育法律的认知,以教育法律课程为主导,多门课程全面渗透,提高学前师范生法律意识,创设职前职后一体化的法育环境等,是整体衔接以提升学前师范生的教育法律素养的多元路径。
Education legal literacy is an important quality that must be possessed by qualified kindergarten teachers.It improves the status of educational law courses.The multi-form faculty reserves make up for the shortage of professional teachers.The combination of “teaching”and“examination”enhances the understanding of pre-school teachers on educational law.With legal curriculum as leading factor,the multi-courses are fully infiltrated to improve the legal awareness of teachers and create a legal education environment with pre-employment and post-employment integration.It is a multi-path of promoting the education and legal literacy of teachers.
