注射用丁二磺酸腺苷蛋氨酸的不良反应及配伍禁忌分析

Adverse Drug Reactions and Incompatibility Induced by Ademetionine 1,4-Butanedisulfonate for Injection

目的探讨注射用丁二磺酸腺苷蛋氨酸不良反应发生的规律及特点,以及临床联合用药的配伍禁忌。方法检索国内数据库(2006年至2016年),提取注射用丁二磺酸腺苷蛋氨酸不良反应和联合用药中的配伍禁忌等相关文献。结果注射用丁二磺酸腺苷蛋氨酸所致不良反应多在用药30 min内发生;临床表现以静脉炎为主(54. 55%),其次还有过敏反应、呕吐、呼吸困难和精神失常等;与16种药物联用时存在配伍禁忌。结论临床医师、药师及护理人员都应了解注射用丁二磺酸腺苷蛋氨酸所致不良反应的发生规律和特点,掌握其配伍禁忌,严格按药品说明书要求的用法用量进行配制与使用,避免或减少不良反应的发生。

Objective To investigate the rules and characteristics of the adverse drug reactions( ADRs) induced by Ademetionine 1,4-Butanedisulfonate for Injection and the incompatibility in the drug combination in the clinic. Methods The domestic databases( from2006 to 2016) were searched to extract the related literature about ADRs induced by Ademetionine 1,4-Butanedisulfonate for Injection and the incompatibility in drug combination. Results ADRs induced by Ademetionine 1,4-Butanedisulfonate for Injection mostly occurred within 30 min,and the main clinical manifestations were phlebitis( 54. 55%),followed by allergic reactions,vomiting,dyspnea and mental disorders. There was incompatibility in the combination of Ademetionine 1,4-Butanedisulfonate for Injection and 16 kinds of drugs. Conclusion Clinicians,pharmacists and nurses should understand the rules and characteristics of ADRs induced by Ademetionine 1,4-Butanedisulfonate for Injection,master the incompatibility in the drug combination,strictly prepare and use the drugs according to the usage and dosage required in the drug instructions,avoid or reduce the occurrence of ADRs.
