摘要
目的分析某三甲医院过敏性紫癜(HSP)临床用药的合理性。方法收集医院2018年3月过敏性紫癜处方153张,对处方用药情况进行统计,对用药合理性进行循证分析。结果该院HSP临床治疗药物60种,包括抗过敏药物、糖皮质激素等10大类,其中复方甘草酸苷是该疾病门诊处方中被开具最多的药物。结论该院HSP临床用药基本合理,个别药物使用的适宜性仍有待进一步研究。
Objective To analyze the rationality of clinical medication for Henoch-Schonlein purpura( HSP) in a 3 A hospital. Methods Totally153 prescriptions of HSP in March 2018 in our hospital were collected,the situation of prescription medication was statistically analyzed,and the evidence-based analysis of the rationality of medication was carried out. Results There were 60 kinds of clinical drugs used in the treatment of HSP,including 10 categories such as antiallergic drugs and glucocorticoids. Among them,compound glycyrrhizin was the most prescribed drug for this disease in outpatient prescriptions. Conclusion The clinical medication of HSP in our hospital is reasonable,but the suitability of individual drugs remains to be further studied.
