随着信息化的发展,网络已经成为国内外诸多问题交织的新场域。从国际层面看,网络生态环境治理是国家力量展示的重要媒介;从国内层面看,网络舆情是诸多社会问题迅速反应和映射的场域。无中心的复杂网络生态巨系统的特点将简单问题复杂化,给党的新闻舆论和话语权的主导提出新挑战。密切党群关系需要以习近平新时代新闻与网络治理思想为指导,准确把握网络舆情,正确引导网络行为,创新治理途径和措施,并最终将其纳入治国理政的工作内容,才能做好党群工作。

With the development of information technology, the network has become a new field intertwined with many problems at home and abroad. From an international perspective, network ecological environment governance is an important medium for national power display;from the domestic level, network public opinion is a field in which many social problems are quickly reflected and mapped. The characteristics of the non-central complex network ecological giant system complicate the simple problem, and pose new challenges to the Party′s news paradox and the right of speech. The close relationship between the Party and the masses needs to be guided by Xi Jinping′s thinking on news and network governance in the new era, and we should accurately grasp the network public opinion to correctly guide the network behavior, innovate the ways and measures of governance, and finally incorporate it into the work platform of governing the country, in order to do a good job concerning the Party and the masses.
