组蛋白去乙酰化酶6(HDAC6)是一种结构和功能都比较独特的HDAC,在调节细胞生长、转移和细胞凋亡等方面有着重要的作用。目前,HDAC6在肿瘤、神经退行性疾病、炎性反应性疾病等诸多疾病的研究越来越得到重视,HDAC6也成为多种疾病潜在的治疗靶点。文章主要就HDAC6在相关疾病中的研究进展进行总结。

Histone deacetylase 6(HDAC6)is a kind of HDAC with unique structure and function.It plays an important role in regulating cell growth,metastasis and apoptosis.At present,more and more attention has been paid to the research of HDAC6 in tumors,neurodegenerative diseases,inflammatory diseases and many other diseases.HDAC6 has also become a potential therapeutic target for many diseases.This article mainly summarizes the research progress of HDAC6 in related diseases.
