The improvement of political ecology plays a positive role in the internal stability of government organizations and the internal trust of their members. Based on the image decision theory, this study introduces the image of cadres’ work style and the perception of corruption in government organizations as explanatory variables, constructs a multiple regression model of trust generation in township civil servants’ organizations, and conducts an empirical study on the correlation between political ecology and trust in government organizations. The results show that the better the style of cadres in the organization, the less corruption, and the higher the trust in the organization. The improvement of the political ecology within the organization can effectively enhance the internal trust of the members of the organization. The interviewed civil servants’ political outlook, cooperation within the organization, job satisfaction and satisfaction with the political status quo have significant positive effects on the formation of their organizational trust. It is indicated that a good political environment can effectively enhance the trust of members of government organizations in the organization. In the construction of grass-roots organizations, we should continue to strengthen cadres’ style of work and build a clean government, improve the internal communication mechanism of the organization, enhance mutual trust and cooperation, and improve the job satisfaction of civil servants.
