摘要 采用PLC作为主控制器,借助于温度传感器对石蜡进行闭环加热控制,待加热融化至设定温度后,控制工业机器人按照设定的运动轨迹进行印刷电路板的抓取,然后根据液位传感器检测蜡液液面高度实时调整印刷电路板的浸蜡深度,最终将其抓送至下级输送单元,经过长期使用验证,该系统具有可靠性好、一致性高等特点。 This design uses PLC as the main controller and realizes closed-loop heating control of paraffin wax by means of temperature sensor. After the paraffin wax is heated to a specified temperature, industrial robot grasps PCB according to the designed trajectory, and adjusts the dipping wax depth of PCB in real time according to the height of paraffin liquid detected by the level sensor. Finally, the PCB is caught and sent to the next step. After long-term test, this system has the characteristics of good reliability and consistency.
