摘要
由于不同类型的五轴机床具有自己独特的旋转机构,因此开发用于生成NC数据的解决方案在传统上是针对特定机构并且通过特殊方法获得,这样通常会导致复杂的算法。为了解决这个问题,提出了一种将刀具位置(CL)数据转换为非正交工作台式五轴机床的NC数据的新方法。可以从刀具轴向量计算出旋转轴的旋转角度,并根据刀具的旋转角度和坐标导出NC数据中的三个线性轴的坐标。
Since different types of five-axis machines have their own unique rotating mechanisms, developing solutions for generating NC data has traditionally been targeted to specific mechanisms and obtained through special methods, which often leads to complex algorithms. In order to solve this problem, a new method for converting tool position (CL) data into NC data of non-orthogonal bench-top five-axis machine tools is proposed. The rotation angle of the rotating axis can be calculated from the tool axial quantity, and the coordinates of three linear axes in NC data can be derived from the rotating angle and coordinates of the tool.
