浙江省古田山自然保护区3种无尾两栖动物肥满度的比较

A comparative study on body condition from three Anura species in Gutianshan Natural Reserve

为了解古田山自然保护区两栖动物的营养状况和健康状况,于2014年7-8月,在保护区内分别采集了华南湍蛙287只、淡肩角蟾53只和花臭蛙111只,采用非伤害性的形态学方法比较研究了其肥满度.结果显示:不同性别和不同年龄组的3种无尾两栖类的肥满度均存在显著性差异,雌性个体肥满度均优于雄性个体,而成体的肥满度则优于亚成体;此外,3个不同物种间的肥满度也表现出显著性差异,雄性的华南湍蛙和雌性的花臭蛙肥满度最佳,而淡肩角蟾肥满度最差.

In order to understand the nutritional status,and health condition of Amphibia in Gutianshan Natural Reserve,the body length and body mass datum were measured from 287 Amolops ricketti individuals,53 Megophrys boettgeri samples and 111 Odorrana schmackeri respectively to conduct comparative study on body condition during July and August in 2014.The results showed that: there were significant differences between males and females on body condition indexes (BCI),and the females always got higher BCI value than males in all three species.Also,in different age groups,adults body conditions were obviously better than sub-adults in three species.In addition,the body condition among three amphibian species were showed differences significantly,Megophrys boettgeri had the worst body condition,male Amolops ricketti and female Odorrana schmackeri had the best body condition.
