Evaluation of comprehensive transportation service level in the core area of Jinyi metropolitan area

综合交通服务水平是反映交通管理水平和交通条件的综合指标,它反映了城市的交通设施建设情况和道路使用者所得到的服务质量.以《省级主体功能区域划分技术规程》为依据,利用交通路网密度、交通设施影响度和区位交通优势度3个指标,采用综合评价法对金义都市区核心区的综合交通服务水平进行评价,提出了完善轨道交通网络、提升道路系统等级、加快内河水运与周边区域的融合、做好综合交通枢纽体系规划、建设金义中央大道等措施与建议.

The comprehensive traffic service level was regarded as a comprehensive index that reflected the traffic management level and traffic conditions,and the construction of urban traffic facilities and the service quality obtained by road users.Based on the main function zoning at the provincial level technical regulations,using three indexes: The density of the traffic network,traffic facilities,the effect and regional traffic advantage degree,the comprehensive evaluation method was adopted to Jinyi metropolitan area core comprehensive traffic service level evaluation.Approaches were suggested to perfect the rail transit network,improve level of road system,and speed up the integration of inland water transport and the surrounding area.It would be helpful to complete the comprehensive transportation hub system planning,construction measures and give advice for building Jinyi central avenue,etc.
