摘要
为更深入地了解熔铸炸药在慢速烤燃过程的反应现象,以可视化烤燃装置开展了二硝基茴香醚(DNAN)的慢速烤燃试验。试验观察到DNAN的烤燃过程主要经历4个阶段,分别为固液相变阶段、慢速分解阶段、气体快速溢出和药液喷发及点火阶段。测试和计算了DNAN在270℃下的点火延滞期,结果表明空气对流解热方式会延长点火延滞期。相比于DSC测试方法,本试验方法可以避免因样本量少而导致的结果失真,同时能够获得更多的热分解反应的细节信息,对于研究含能材料的热分解及热爆炸过程具有重要意义。
To know more about the cook-off reaction phenomenon of melt cast explosive,the cook-off experiment was carried out on dinitronisole (DNAN) by self-made visualization cook-off device. The DNAN cook-off process goes through four stages which are solid-liquid phase change stage,slow thermal decomposition stage,fast thermal decomposition stage and eruption-ignition stage. The 270 ℃ ignition delay time of DNAN was obtained through testing and calculation. The results shows that air convection heating method extends the ignition delay time. In comparison to DSC measurements,this test can avoid the result distorted because of small sample. Meanwhile,this test can obtain more detail information of thermal decomposition reaction. The test has important significance for the energetic material thermal decomposition and thermal explosion research.
