牛樟芝的药理毒理学研究及临床应用进展

Progress on pharmacological and toxicological study and clinical application of Antrodia cinnamomea

牛樟芝的主要成分为三萜和多糖等,具有保护肝脏、抗氧化、抗炎、抗肿瘤、调节免疫、保护神经、抗菌、调节血糖及血脂等作用,且毒副作用小。本文综述了牛樟芝制剂在保护肝脏、抗肿瘤、治疗轻度认知障碍、降血糖、降胆固醇、降血压、抗痛风及保护皮肤等领域的部分临床应用实例,以期为牛樟芝制剂的临床应用开发提供参考。

The main components of Antrodia cinnamomea (AC) are triterpenoids,polysaccharide and so on,which exhibit liver protection,antioxidation,anti-inflammation,anti-tumor,immunomodulation,neural protection,anti-infection,blood glucose and lipid regulation,with low side effects.This article presents concrete examples of clinical application of AC preparations in the protection of liver function,anti-tumor,treatment of mild cognitive impairment,hyperglycemia,hyperlipidemia,hypertension,gout as well as skin protection,so as to provide reference for the development and clinical application of AC preparations.
