全自动成形片在成对后牙邻牙合面洞树脂修复的临床应用评价 被引量:1

摘要 目的:建立后牙邻面成形系统的临床评价体系,评价全自动成形片系统和Palodent成形片系统对成对后牙Ⅱ类洞树脂修复的临床应用效果。方法:将符合标准的36个病例,即72个邻牙合面Ⅱ类洞随机分为实验组和对照组,分别在树脂充填治疗时使用全自动成形片系统和Palodent成形片系统,由同一名医师完成所有Ⅱ类洞的充填治疗。充填完成后即刻用牙线检查邻接区恢复情况,并对患者进行问卷调查,记录患者术中的舒适度和术后食物嵌塞等情况。记录不同成形片的操作时间,同时拍摄患者术后的X光片,对充填效果进行评价。术后1周和半年复诊,进行临床检查填写并问卷调查。结果:建立了由临床检查记录、X线片评价和问卷调查组成的评价体系,应用该体系评价Palodent成形片系统和全自动成形片系统。对成对后牙邻面Ⅱ类洞进行充填时,全自动成形片系统和Palodent成形片系统的临床检查指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。但全自动成形片系统使用的舒适度高于Palodent成形片系统,操作时间少于Palodent成形片系统,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:全自动成形片和Palodent成形片都是临床后牙树脂修复成形的很好方法,但在对成对后牙邻[牙合]面洞进行树脂修复时,全自动成形片系统临床操作更方便,是一种值得推广的操作方法。 Objective:To set up a clinical evaluation method for the matrix system,and compare WalsermatrixandPaloentmatrixSystemby this method.Methods:36 paired cavities with classⅡcavities which met with the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into study group(Walser matrix)and control group(PalodentmatrixSystem).One doctor completed all cavities filling.Probes were used to test overhang of the filling.Dental floss was used to detect the proximal contact index immediately.All patients were filled in questionnaires.They recorded the operating times of matrix system,took the X-ray film at the same time.The patients was rediagnosed one month later and half year later after cavity filling,probes were used to test overhang of the filling.All patients were filled in questionnaires.Results:An evaluation system including questionnaire,clinical examination and tooth model evaluation was set up.There were no differences on questionnaire and overhang indexes between the two groups in paired cavities.But the comfort level of the patients in study group was higher than that of control group.Conclusions:Walser matrix and Palodent matrix System are good methods for repairing posterior teeth.Walser matrix is more convenient than Palodent matrix System in paired classⅡcavity restorations.
