家庭团体治疗对抑郁症患者亲属心理健康状况的影响研究

Research on effect of family groups treatment on the mental health status from the relatives of patients with depression

目的:了解家庭团体治疗对抑郁症患者亲属心理健康状况的影响。方法:将80例抑郁症患者及其直系亲属1例组成80个家庭单元,随机分为家庭团体研究组和家庭团体对照组,每组均有8个家庭单元,分别进行家庭团体治疗与健康宣教,并于治疗前、后对亲属采用抑郁自评量表(SDS)和焦虑自评量表(SAS)进行心理健康状况评估并比较分析。结果:研究组与对照组抑郁症患者亲属治疗前后SDS、SAS评分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),其中,治疗后研究组较对照组SDS、SAS评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:家庭团体治疗对抑郁症患者亲属的心理健康状况有明显的改善作用。

Objective:To understand the effect of family groups treatment on the mental health status from the relatives of patients with depression.Methods:80 patients were combimed with one of their direct relatives to form 80 family units,They were divided into research group and matched group randomly,which consisted of 8 family units.After that,family groups treatment and health education were conducted to each group.And then depression SDS and anxiety SAS were used to assess,compare and analyze mental health status from the relatives.Results:After the research group and matched group treated,there was a significant difference in SDS and SAS assessment(P<0.01).More importantly,there was statistically significant difference in research group compared with matched group(P<0.05).Conclusions:Family groups treatment can improve the mental health status from the relatives of patients with depression obviously.
