散瞳对pentacam生物测量的影响

Effect of mydriasis on pentacam biometrics

目的:探讨散瞳对pentcam测量人眼眼前段各参数的影响,分析比较各个参数测量值,为临床提供一定的参考数据。方法:选择2018年7月于我院激光中心预行准分子激光或全飞秒激光近视手术的患者58眼,男48眼,女10眼,平均年龄20.3岁,近视-1DS^8DS,散光0~2DC,应用pentcam测量前表面K1、K2,后表面K1、K2,角膜散光、角膜顶点厚度,角膜体积、前房容积、房角、前房深度,利用复方托吡卡胺滴眼液散瞳,观察散瞳前后各参数的变化。结果:前表面K1、K2,后表面K2,角膜散光,房角散瞳前后差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),后表面K1、角膜顶点厚度、角膜体积、前房容积、前房深度散瞳前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:散瞳后后表面K1、角膜顶点厚度、角膜体积、前房深度增加,散瞳后前房容积减小,散瞳对前表面K1、K2,后表面K2,角膜散光,房角无明显影响。建议最好在没有散瞳的情况下检查,如确需在应用散瞳下测量的结果,建议结合临床的实践进行特定分析,选取一些对测量参数没有影响或影响甚小的数据进行应用。

Objective:To investigate the effect of free pupil on the measurement parameters of pentcam and to analyze and compare the measured values of various parameters,so as to provide some reference data for clinical practice.Methods:In July 2018,58 patients,48 males and 10 females were selected for preoperative excimer laser or full Femtosecond laser myopia at the laser center of our hospital.The average age was 20.3 years old,myopia-1 DS-8 DS,astigmatism 0-2 DC,Pentcam was used to measure the anterior surface Corneal curvature K1,K2,posterior surface Corneal curvature K1,K2,corneal astigmatism,corneal Vertex thickness,corneal volume,anterior chamber volume,anterior chamber angle,anterior chamber depth,and the use of compound torpikamine eye drops to disperse the pupil.To observe the changes of parameters before and after pupil discharge.Results:The anterior surface Corneal curvature K1,K2,posterior surface Corneal curvature K2,corneal astigmatism,the anterior and posterior difference between the left and right angles had no significant statistical significance(P>0.05),posterior surface Corneal curvature K1,corneal Vertex thickness,corneal volume,anterior chamber volume,anterior chamber depth pupil before and after the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The posterior surface Corneal curvature K1,corneal Vertex thickness,corneal volume,anterior chamber depth increased,posterior anterior chamber volume decreased,posterior surface Corneal curvature K1,K2,posterior surface Corneal curvature K2,corneal astigmatism had no obvious effect on the atrial angle.It is recommended that it is best to check under the condition of non-dilated pupil.If it is really necessary to apply the results of dilated pupil,a specific analysis in combination with clinical practice is recommended and the data that does not affect the measurement parameters would be selected for application.
