TRPC亚家族与慢性疼痛

摘要 经典瞬时受体电位(Transient receptor potential canonical,TRPC)通道是非选择性的阳离子通道,主要表达于细胞膜上,通过对钙离子的调节参与病理生理过程。近年来的研究发现,疼痛信号从初级感觉神经元传递到中枢神经系统的次级神经元,在很大程度上依赖于突触前电压门控钙通道。这提示TRPC通过调控Ca^2+浓度发挥对疼痛的调节作用,而且越来越多的研究显示TRPC亚家族成员参与并调控慢性疼痛的发生发展过程。 The transient receptor potential canonical(TRPC)channels,a non-selective cation channel,mainly express in the cell membrane;they are involved in pathophysiological processes through the regulation of calcium ions.In recent years,it has been found that the transmission of pain signals from primary sensory neurons to secondary neurons in the central nervous system is largely dependent on presynaptic voltage-gated calcium channels.This suggests that TRPC channels can regulate Ca 2+concentration and play a regulatory role in pain,and a growing number of studies have also shown that TRPC subfamily members are involved in and remodulate the occurrence and development of pain.
