基于Solidworks的气动丝网版上胶装置的建模与仿真分析

摘要 借助Solidworks 软件,来设计模拟气动丝网版上胶装置的结构,对部件进行三维建模和模型装配,并利用Solidworks Simulation 插件对上胶网版进行受力分析,以及Motion 插件对整个气动丝网版上胶机构进行运动仿真,得出数据以及仿真结果有助于我们分析气动丝网版上胶机构的可行性,其中有限元分析计算,使我们对所设计方案能够更好地进行综合评价。 With the help of Solidworks software, the structure of the gluing device for the simulation pneumatic screen plate is designed, the components are modeled and assembled in three dimensions, and the stress analysis of the gluing screen plate is carried out by using the Solidworks Simulation plug-in, and the motion simulation of the gluing mechanism for the whole pneumatic screen plate is carried out by the Motion plug-in. The simulation results are helpful for us to analyze the feasibility of the gluing mechanism of pneumatic screen plate. The finite element analysis and calculation make us better evaluate the design scheme.
