臭氧联合硫辛酸治疗痛性糖尿病周围神经病变疗效观察

Effect of ozone combined with lipoic acid on painful diabetic peripheral neuropathy

目的评价臭氧联合硫辛酸在治疗痛性糖尿病周围神经病变中的疗效。方法选取2018年1月—2019年3月在我院内分泌科住院的85例患者,以随机抽样方法将患者分为对照组和观察组。其中对照组患者以硫辛酸进行治疗,观察组患者以臭氧联合硫辛酸治疗,分析比较两组患者临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率为95.35%,高于对照组(78.57%),P<0.05。应用神经肌电图测正中神经传导速度(MNCV)结果显示,观察组MNCV改善优于对照组(P<0.001)。结论臭氧联合硫辛酸治疗痛性糖尿病周围神经病变具有较好的治疗效果,对治疗痛性糖尿病周围神经病变具有积极作用。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of ozone combined with lipoic acid in the treatment of painful diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN).Methods Eighty-five patients admitted to the Department of Endocrinology of our hospital from January 2018 to March 2019 were enrolled in this study.The patients were randomly assigned to a control group and an observation group.Patients in the control group were treated with lipoic acid,and patients in the observation group were treated with ozone combined with lipoic acid.The clinical efficacy of patients in the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 95.35%,higher than that in the control group(78.57%),P<0.05.Median nerve conduction velocity(MNCV)was measured by neuroelectromyography,and improvement of MNCV in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion Ozone combined with lipoic acid has better results and plays a positive role in the treatment of DPN.
