习近平“结伴”外交理念探析

An Analysis of Xi Jinping’s “Partnership” Diplomatic Concept

从1993年中国与巴西建立伙伴关系为起点,中国的伙伴关系战略已经有二十五年的发展历程,硕果累累。以习近平同志为核心的党中央立足我国所处新的历史方位,站在构建人类命运共同体的高度上,提出并不断完善了习近平"结伴"外交理念,这是一条完全符合我国当前国内外环境的"对话而不对抗、结伴而不结盟"的国与国交往新路,其与结盟体系外交有着本质区别。新时代的中国,在习近平"结伴"外交理念的指导下,必将为世界的和平与发展贡献中国智慧。

Since the establishment of partnership between China and Brazil in 1993,China’s partnership strategy has been developing for 25 years, with fruitful results. Xi Jinping’s "partnership" diplomatic concept,based on China’s new historical position and standing at the height of building a community of human destiny,is essentially different from the diplomacy of the alliance system and conforms to the current domestic and foreign environment of our country. It puts forward "dialogue without confrontation, companion without alliance"and becomes a new way of contacts between countries. In the new era, under the guidance of Xi Jinping’s"partnership" diplomatic concept, China will surely contribute its wisdom to the world peace and development.
