摘要
以北戴河新区供水水资源系统为研究对象,综合区域的社会效益、经济效益和生态环境效益,建立了新区基于多目标遗传算法的水资源优化配置模型。在水资源调配中,优先使用地表水,最大限度地利用污水回用和海水淡化,保护性地开采地下水。通过计算,最终得出北戴河新区水资源优化分配方案,可实现在满足新区用水要求的基础上提高水资源利用效率。
Taking the water supply system of Beidaihe new district as t he research object,an optimal allocation model of water resources based on multi-objective genetic algorithm is established in the new district. On the basis of carrying capacity of water resources,unconventional water resources should be fully developed. In the allocation of water resources,priority should be given to the use of surface water, maximum utilization of sewage reuse and seawater desalination,and protective exploitation of groundwater. Through calculation,the optimized water resource allocation scheme of beidaihe new district can be obtained,improving the utilization efficiency of water resource on the basis of meeting the water demand of the new district.
