摘要
水泉灌区水力自动翻板闸工程是大凌河干流上的重要水利枢纽工程,其是否能达到设计防洪能力对下游安全影响较大,由于工程运行已20多年,工程存在诸多安全隐患,需对工程进行过流能力复核。复核结果表明水泉灌区水力自动翻板闸工程过流能力无法达到设计防洪标准,工程需进行险加固方案。通过对水泉灌区水力自动翻板闸工程3套除险加固方案进行比选,分别从泥沙淤积方面、淹没面积方面、运行管理方面、投资控制4个方面进行分析,得出消费比最佳的除险加固方案,可为类似工程提供有益借鉴。
The hydraulic automatic turning gate project in Shuiquan irrigation area is an important hydro-junction project on the main stream of Daling River. Whether it can achieve the designed flood control capacity has a great impact on the downstream safety. Since the project has been running for more than 20 years,there are many potential safety hazards in the project,so it is necessary to check the flow capacity of the project. The results show that the overflow capacity of the hydraulic automatic turning gate in Shuiquan irrigation area can not meet the design flood control standard,and the project needs to carry out a dangerous reinforcement scheme. Through comparing and choosing three sets of reinforcement schemes for hydraulic automatic turning gate project in Shuiquan irrigation area,this paper analyses the four aspects of sediment deposition,submerged area,operation management and investment control respectively,and concludes the optimal reinforcement scheme for consumption ratio,which can provide useful reference for similar projects.
