南水北调中线石渠段施工爆破及超挖原因分析

Cause analysis of blasting and overexcavation in stone canal section of middle route of South-to-North Water Diversion Project

南水北调中线石渠段是连接水闸工程和岗头隧洞工程的重要输水及应急供水工程重要建筑物。施工中,对边坡开挖未严格控制各项爆破参数,导致岩石表面爆破孔残留率低,岩石平整性差,超挖地段较多。为确保工程顺利进行,针对工程中从地质条件和爆破不当存在的主要问题进行了分析,并提出处理措施。

The stone canal section of the middle route of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project is an important structure for connecting the sluice project and the ganghead tunnel project. In the construction,the blasting parameters of slope excavation are not strictly controlled,which leads to low residual rate of blasting holes on the rock surface,poor smoothness of the rock,and many over-dug areas.in order to ensure the smooth progress of the project,the main problems existing in the geological conditions and improper blasting in the project are analyzed,and the countermeasures are put forward.
