摘要 对于没有散热结构的锂离子电池组,在充放电过程中产生大量的热,会造成部分电池温度过高。在高温条件下,电池的温度上升得更快,严重影响电池的容量、性能以及使用寿命,甚至会导致安全事故发生。所以需要通过优化散热结构,采用适合的方式对锂离子电池组进行热管理,以保证电池组的工作温度在正常范围。文章主要对锂离子动力电池热状态研究现状进行阐述,并就锂离子动力电池热管理系统要求进行分析。建议以后锂离子电池热状态研究可以将研究重心放在多种维度模型结合,得到在各种条件下的最佳组合方式。 For a lithium-ion battery pack without a heat dissipation structure, a large amount of heat is generated during charging and discharging, which may cause a part of the battery to be overheated. Under high temperature conditions, the temperature of the battery rises faster, seriously affecting the capacity, performance and service life of the battery, and even leading to safety accidents. Therefore, it is necessary to optimize the heat dissipation structure and perform thermal management on the lithium ion battery pack in a suitable manner to ensure that the operating temperature of the battery pack is within a normal range. This paper mainly describes the current research status of lithium ion power battery thermal state, and analyzes the requirements of lithium ion power battery thermal management system. It is suggested that the research on the thermal state of lithium-ion batteries in the future can focus on the combination of various dimensional models to obtain the best combination under various conditions.
