摘要 发动机台架试验基于不同的工况,往往需要大量的试验,就导致试验成本居高不下。在如此庞大的的试验量下,就需要用到仿真软件来减少试验成本。美国Convergent Science Inc.开发的通用三维CFD软件Converge不仅包含了关于喷射、壁面薄膜、点火、湍流、燃烧和排放等过程的子模型以及一个化学反应的求解器SAGE,而且还成功地解决了CFD领域中非常棘手的动网格问题。文章通过本软件构建出燃烧室模型,并验证模型的准确性,为相关试验提供仿真方面的帮助。 Engine bench test is based on different working conditions, which often requires a large number of tests, resulting in high test cost. In such a large test volume, simulation software is needed to reduce the test cost. The Convergent Science Inc., the development of the general three-dimensional CFD software Converge not only contains about spraying, surface film, ignition, turbulence, combustion and emission process of sub model and a chemical reaction of the solver SAGE, but also successfully solves the tricky dynamic grid issues in the field of CFD. In this paper, the combustion chamber model is built by this software, and the accuracy of the model is verified, so as to provide simulation help for relevant tests.
