基于有限元法的五座观光车车架分析及优化

摘要 以电动观光车为对象,利用SolidWorks软件建立三维模型,导入到WorkBench软件中,完成网格的划分。从静力学分析入手,分析车架结构的应力、总变形情况。建立多目标拓扑优化模型,在ANSYS中对车架进行拓扑优化。结果表明:优化后的车架在满足强度的要求下,车架应力和变形都有所改变,车身的重量减少,满足设计要求。 Taking the electric sightseeing car as the object, the SolidWorks software is used to build the 3d model, Imported into WorkBench software, Complete the grid division. Starting from statics analysis, the stress and total deformation of the frame structure are analyzed. The multi-objective topology optimization model is established. Carry on the topology optimization to the frame in ANSYS. The results show that: The optimized frame meets the requirements of strength, The stress and deformation of the frame have changed, Weight loss, it meets the design requirements.
