文章根据汽车间歇性故障诊断研究发展方向,结合相关常用汽车故障诊断国际标准协议,分析了故障诊断相关总线通讯协议,设计了具有造价低廉、可靠性高、携带方便、易于操作、功能易于拓展的汽车间歇性故障数据捕捉记录仪,有助于车辆售后维修人员准确发现车辆产生间歇性故障的原因对车辆进行维修。同时,对此类技术的发展进行了展望。

According to the development of intermittent malfunction diagnosis, this paper analyzes the bus communication protocol related to fault diagnosis based on the international standard protocol, and designs a low cost, high reliability, easy to carry, easy to operate and easy to expand data capture recorder. The vehicle intermittent malfunction data capture recorder helps technicians to accurately discover the cause of the intermittent malfunction and accurately repair the vehicle. At the same time, the development of such technologies is prospected.
