浅析工业视觉系统在冲压的应用

摘要 简单说明了工业视觉在冲压行业的应用实例,工业视觉对冲压工艺质量的提升,实现生产的柔性化。主要分析了工业视觉相机的成像原理,相机成像后对图像判定的算法分析,最后简单的介绍了工业视觉编写程序的思路。 This paper briefly explains the application of industrial vision in stamping industry, which improves the quality of stamping process and realizes the flexibility of production. This paper mainly analyzes the imaging principle of industrial vision camera, and the algorithm analysis after the camera imaging.
