摘要
分析和讨论了X射线检测、扫描电镜缺在检验识别铸铁件气缩孔缺陷的应用。确定了气缩孔在射线照片中的典型宏观形貌,以及气缩孔在扫描电镜中的典型特征。为气缩孔缺陷的检验识别提供了一种行之有效的鉴别方法。
The application of X-Ray and scanning electron microscopy in identifying gas-shrinkage hole in cast iron was analyzed and discussed. The typical macroscopic appearance of the gas-shrinkage holes in radiographas and the typical characteristics of the gas-shrinkage hole in SEM are determined.It provides an effective method for examination and identificaition of gas-shrinkage hole.
