农业生产性服务联结机制的演变与创新

Evolution Logic and Innovation Direction of Agricultural Productive Services Linkage Mechanism

以分工、交易、合作的理论视角,分析了农业生产性服务联结机制的形成原因、演变脉络,将其分为基于“熟人社会”形成的人际关系纽带、基于“收益捆绑”形成的利益联结机制、基于“组织创新”形成的组织联结机制、基于“服务叠加”形成的服务联结方式、基于“产业融合”形成的产业联结方式等五种联结模式。农业生产性服务联结机制的演变,要受公益性与经营性服务边界的调整、农业经营兼业化和专业化二元分化趋势、农业服务主体类型和服务地域的选择格局、农业生产性服务要素市场的完善程度、涉农二三产业联结农业生产经营的需要等因素影响。未来,要适应农户分化趋势从多维度策略性地推进农业生产性服务联结机制创新。

From the theoretical perspective of division of labor,trade and cooperation,this study analyzed the causes of formation and evolution of agricultural productive service linkage mechanism,and divided it into five types,such as interpersonal ties based on acquaintance society,interest linkage based on revenue binding,organization linkage based on organizational innovation and service linkage based on service overlapping,industrial connection based on industrial convergence.The evolution of linkage mechanism should be influenced by such factors as the adjustment of the boundary between public and operational service,the diverging trend of agricultural operation,the types of service provider and choice of service areas,the perfection of the service elements market,and the need of agriculture-related industries linking agriculture.In the future,we should adapt to the trend of farmers differentiation and strategically promote the innovation of agricultural production service linkage mechanism from multiple dimensions.
