城乡公共体育服务均等化研究——基于对洛阳市三县四区的深度考察

Research on Research on Equalization of Public Sports Service in Urban and Rural Areas—— Based on the In-depth Investigation of Three Counties in Luoyang City

为探究城乡公共体育服务均等化的实现路径,本研究通过数理统计法、问卷调查法、文献资料法等方法对城乡公共体育服务均等化现状及相关概念进行了深入探索和分析,在此基础上提出了转变政府职能,加速机制变革;确保对体育事业投入,加强和完善公共体育基础设施建设;建立通畅的体育需求渠道,广泛开展大众喜闻乐见的活动;广泛开展不同形式的体育人力资源培训以及加强体育工作宣传,增强全社会体育意识等发展对策,以期为我国城乡公共体育服务均等化的发展提供一定借鉴。

In order to explore the way to realize the equalization of urban and rural public sports services,this study explores and analyzes the current situation and related concepts of the equalization of urban and rural public sports services by means of mathematical statistics,questionnaire survey,literature and other methods.On this basis,it puts forward the following: transforming of government functions and speeding up the reform of the mechanism;ensuring the investment in sports,and improving public sports facility construction;establishing smooth sports demand channels,and developing mass sport activities;promoting various sport human resource training,and enhancing propaganda;as well as improving the sport awareness of the whole society.The aim is to provide some reference for the equalization of urban and rural public sports services in China.
