摘要
本文希望通过核心稳定性训练的实践方法、训练手段及理论知识,能够提高蹴球运动员的命中率,以求更好的解决当前传统训练在力量方面存在的不足之处,并从身体素质和个人竞技方面提升蹴球运动员整体水平,提高蹴球运动员对于蹴球相关技巧的掌握能力和效率,同时丰富创新蹴球的训练方式,从新的角度、方法与思路对蹴球运动员进行教学与训练。
This paper hopes that through the practice method,training approach and theoretical knowledge of core stability training,the shooting rate of Cuqiu players can be improved,in order to better solve the shortcomings of strength existing in the current traditional training,and improve the overall level of Cuqiu players from the aspects of physical fitness and individual competitiveness,so as to improve the ability and effectiveness of Cuqiu players to master the relevant skills,as well as to enrich and innovate the training methods of Cuqiu from new perspectives,methods and ideas.
