摘要 本文运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法等对身体运动功能训练相关理论,对运动员体能训练的影响进行分析和探讨。结果表明:身体运动功能训练的效果显著,且安全可靠,训练地点灵活,器械简单,方式多样。通过身体运动功能训练,有效提高运动员专项运动能力,减少了运动损伤的发生,并促进身体恢复。同时身体运动功能训练让"以人为本"的观念更加深入人心,并投入实践,运动员的身体本身和运动寿命越来越受到重视。教练员、运动员需要更加注重塑造专项能力,加强"动力链"效能,强调肌肉功能的最优化,提高人体对自身平衡-重心的控制,重视运动过程中多关节的联动作用,强化神经控制。一定要在思想上发生转变,将运动员的身体本身放到第一位,这样才能从本质上提高运动员的专项能力,延长运动寿命。 In this paper,literature and logical analysis are used to analyze and explore the impact of physical training on athletes.The results show that the effect of physical exercise training is remarkable,safe and reliable,the training place is flexible,the equipment is simple,and the ways are various.Through physical function training,it can effectively improve the athletes' specific sports ability,reduce the occurrence of sports injury,and promote the recovery of the body.At the same time,the concept of "people-oriented" has been deeply rooted in the people's mind and put into practice.Athletes' body itself and sports life have been paid more and more attention.Coaches and athletes need to pay more attention to shaping special abilities,strengthening the "power chain" efficiency,emphasizing the optimization of muscle function,improving the body's control of self-balance-center of gravity,attaching importance to the joint action of multiple joints in the process of exercise,and strengthening nerve control.We must change our minds and put the athlete's body in the first place.Only in this way can we essentially improve the athlete's specific ability and prolong their sport life.
