试论太极推手在高校武术教学中的推广

Promotion of Taiji Tuishou in College Wushu Teaching

太极推手也称揉手或擖手,是中华武术的一种,在太极推手中,将上肢和躯干作为攻击部位,通过各种技法的运用,从而实现借力发力的作用,促使被攻击的一方,身体失去平衡,最终实现以武制人的目的。在高校武术教学中,太极推手的融入推广,是弘扬中国传统武术文化的重要体现,下面笔者将结合自身的实践教学经验,对太极推手在高校武术教学中的推广进行分析。

Taiji Tuishou,also known as hand rubbing or hand grabbing,is a kind of Chinese Wushu.In Taiji Tuishou,upper limbs and trunk are used as attacking parts,through the use of various techniques,so as to achieve the role of using force,to promote the attacked party to lose balance,and ultimately to achieve the purpose of using force to control people.In college Wushu teaching,the integration and promotion of Taiji Tuishou is an important manifestation of the promotion of traditional Chinese Wushu culture.In this paper,the author will analyze the promotion of Taiji pusher in college Wushu teaching based on his own practical teaching experience.
