陕西省体育特色小镇游客满意度调查与分析

Survey and Analysis on Tourist Satisfaction of Sport Featured Towns in Shaanxi Province

体育特色小镇是新时代我国体育产业发展的新形态。本文以国家体育总局首批陕西省的三个体育特色小镇为研究对象,采用问卷调查、文献资料、数理分析等研究方法,研究游客对体育特色小镇的体育设施建设、服务质量、管理水平的满意程度。得出体育小镇管理人才匮乏,宣传力度不强。建议以创新为抓手、优化产业集群;科学规划、提高管理水平;发扬文化、突出特色。

Sports town is a new form of sports industry development in China in the new era.This paper takes the first three sport featured towns in Shaanxi Province as the research objects,and adopts questionnaire survey,literature materials,mathematical analysis and other research methods to study tourists' satisfaction with the construction of sports facilities,service quality and management level of small towns with sports characteristics.It concludes that management talents are insufficient and propaganda is weak.It suggest the following: taking innovation as the starting point and optimizing industrial clusters;scientifically planning to improve management;promoting culture and highlighting characteristics.
