摘要
儿童大肌肉运动发展不仅关系到儿童个体运动能力及身体机能的发展,更与其成年后的运动能力、身心及性格发展形成密切关联。因此,我们应尽早关注我国儿童的大肌肉发展水平。笔者的实验性研究结果显示,每周两次的羽毛球运动在儿童群体中的开展,可对儿童大肌肉能力发展有35%-42%的提升效果,因此羽毛球运动值得在低龄儿童中尽早开展。
Big muscle development of children not only closely related to their sport and body performance,but also to their exercise ability,mental and character development when they grow up.Therefore,attention should be made as soon as possible.The result shows that the execution of twice a week badminton exercise among children could promote their big muscles to 35%-42%.Therefore,this sport is worth spread among young children.
